ZGMF/A-262PD-PThe Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam joins Bandai Spirits' premium MGEX lineup as a 1/100 scale model kit centered around the theme of "Iridescent Expression." Building on the frame of the MGEX Strike Freedom Gundam, the kit incorporates newly molded components alongside an extensive frame-linked articulation system. Its gold components have been reworked with multiple plating and finishing techniques, including Gunpla's first use of colored plastic Mechanical Core Plating and real metallic gloss injection molding to create varied and graduated metallic tones throughout the frame.
The Mighty Strike Freedom is equipped with the Futsunomitama anti-ship sword, Type 35 Modified railguns, two beam rifles, two beam sabers, beam shield effects, and parts for deploying the Disruptor. The cockpit accommodates Kira Yamato and Lacus Clyne figures, while an additional Lacus figure can be placed in the Proud Defender. A standing Lacus Clyne figure is also included for recreating memorable scenes with the completed mobile suit.
